The car had received a hit on the drivers side guard the top was wrinkled and very thin so a new section was formed and oxy welded in place . Small sections also had to be hand formed for the rear end this took alot of time as the corrosion damage had gone deep in some localised areas.
In the meanwhile the doors guards bonnet and bootlid were primed and treated with X-Troll. The rusty scuttle.
What lay beneath the rusty scuttle. The scuttle was really bad a new one was to be made.
This was the inner most part of the scuttle. The floors had mild surface rust the rear floors had to have sections made up for them as the metal was very thin.
